Our Founder
Jay Dhahan
Founder and Wealth Architect. He built his understanding of wealth the hard way, and rebuilt himself to earn it.

The Path
Structure is the difference between chaos and control.
Jay grew up in Calgary, in an immigrant family. His path was not a straight line. He faced real adversity as a young man and chose to rebuild, through discipline, mentorship and relentless personal development. By twenty-eight he had built a multi-million-dollar commercial real estate business.
Along the way he went further than most operators ever do into the human side of decisions, becoming a certified master of neuro-linguistic programming and a clinical hypnotherapist. It is why NextGen Wealthy treats the architecture of your decisions as seriously as the architecture of your assets.

Why He Built It
Significant assets. No coordinated structure around them.
Across real estate, private capital and investing, in rooms on both sides of the table, Jay kept seeing the same pattern in successful people. Their net worth was growing. The structure underneath was not keeping up. Their accountant knew the tax picture. Their lawyer knew the entities. Their advisor knew the portfolio. Each was capable. None of them was looking at the whole.
He built NextGen Wealthy to give successful people one clear picture of everything they have built, and a way to make it resilient. Not another investment to buy. The architecture behind it all.
His work has always come back to one idea: help leaders build lasting relationships and create wealth that lasts for generations.
